Common questions

Will it still look like my actual car? +
Yes. Your exact make, model, colour and trim are preserved. Lens cleans up the lighting and background, it does not change the vehicle itself.
Can it blank out the number plate? +
Yes, if you want to. Tick "Blank the number plate" before you enhance and we cover the plate with a neutral panel after the photo is cleaned up. It is off by default and entirely your choice. We never invent a fake registration and we never change the car itself, so the plate is simply covered, not swapped for a made-up one. If we cannot confidently spot the plate we leave the photo untouched and tell you.
What angles work best? +
A three-quarter front view shows off the most car. Get the whole vehicle in frame, keep the camera roughly level, and Lens handles the rest.
Does it work for vans, bikes and commercials? +
Yes. Vans, motorbikes and commercial vehicles all work the same way. Upload the photo and choose your look.
How long does it take? +
Usually 2 to 4 minutes per shot. You can leave the page open or pop in an email and we will let you know when it is ready.
Is my photo private? +
Yes. Your uploads are kept private, deleted after 30 days, and download links stay live for 24 hours.
